Job Description
The Cyber Product Executive/Manager is responsible for both product selling, marketing and management of the go-to-market strategy. The role is to manage the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer’s product requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with the sales engineer (direct report to Product Manager), to deliver winning solutions to customers.
The Cyber Product Executive/Manager is expected to:
- Responsible for managing the products within a specific set or group/type of products
- Be the product evangelist within a specific set or group/type of products
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
- Meet the quota expectations of the Product Vendors that he/she is assigned to manage.
- Need to work closely with the assigned product vendor
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review with the Vendor/s
- Deliver Marketing goals
- Work with pre-sales and sales for product sales opportunities
- Work with the security sales engineer to craft product demo scripts and requirements to potential customers
- Determines customer’s requirements and position product solution accordingly by working closely with the sales engineer
- Meet revenue and profitability goals
- Deliver a periodic revenue and profitability forecast
- Develop sales tools and collaterals
- Prepare Business Plan and execute the plan on timely manner
- Propose an overall budget to ensure success
- Meet quarterly sales targets for both Gross Profit and Revenue
- Brief and train the sales force at weekly and monthly training meetings (Timeshared with other Product Managers)
- Assesses market competition by comparing assigned products to competitors’ products.
- Weekly sales forecast submission to both management team and also assigned product vendors.
- Act as the main contact point with the assigned product vendors.
- Sales Enablement to the internal sales channel team.
- Organize regular product workshop for both partner’s sales & technical team.
- Planning and Executing Lead Generation activity which contribute to the consistent pipeline of the assigned products.
Requirements:

- Beneficial to have experience in the IT Security Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Technical Sales background and interest

- Must be able to travel 20% of the time
- Fresh Graduates / Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the executive role
- “Diploma or Degree in Information Security Courses Preferred but not essential”

The Security Engineer is responsible for to provide technical sales and support to the sales team. The role serves as the primary contact point for all customers and sales personnel looking for technical assistance.
The Security Engineer is expected to:
- Spear head any technical discussion / demonstration for the assigned product
- Support product manager (specific pairing between security engineer to 1 product manager), to establish and maintain country/account plans to promote sales growth
- Achieves assigned quota for products, services, and software. Done thru Proof-Of-Concepts, Enablement Workshop for partners and Demonstration of the assigned solutions.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience Required:
- Have the RIGHT ATTITUDE & APTITUDE
- Good language and communication skills
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Poly or A-Levels or equivalent.
- Knowledge and Skills Required (Beneficial):
- In Depth Knowledge of Windows Environment in a Corporate setting
- Other Operating systems for Endpoint would be beneficial
- MCSP or MCSE Certs would be beneficial
- Operational Technology Knowledge would be beneficial
- Knowledge in Identity-related solution is a major plus
- A good knowledge or interest in IT Security.
- Ability to work independently and as a team, possess initiative, willing to learn and a can-do attitude.

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for establishing new channel accounts and manage current channels and contact points. The role serves as the primary contact point to channel partners for all their requirements with a primary focus for sales via channel partners.
The Channel Sales Manager is expected to:
- Coordinate and building opportunity to educate and provide updates to channel partners on technologies or solutions.
- Establishes and maintains country/account plans to promote sales growth
- Achieves assigned quota for products, services, and software
- Lead annual plan on local expansion on depth and width to achieve business growth and coverage objectives.
Requirements
- Education and Experience Required:
- Have the RIGHT ATTITUDE & APTITUDE
- Good language and communication skills
- Typically, 3 to 5 years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level
- Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment
- Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Understand and maneuver within the IT security ecosystem
- Able to position products to complement channel partner offerings.
- Able to effectively communicate sales offerings, and overcome objections
- Build of strategic relationships with Channel Partner decision makers
- Experience on IT security space would be beneficial.
- Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account management.
- Motivate Channel Partners and Channel driven sales persons
- Value add to Channel Partner’s Sales Ecosystem
- Understanding of sales pipeline management
Remuneration

- Commission based on Tiered Targets (On Target Earnings per annum should be in the six-figure range)
